Araua RegTech provides access to a platform that brings together all relevant public information with the aim of automating the tasks of Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing for all those organisations and/or obliged parties, in accordance with Law 10/2010, of 28 April, on the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing..

To this end, Araua RegTech collects information on a daily basis from a multitude of publicly available sources and, after standardisation, quality assurance and data enrichment, makes it available to you.

The sources of information used by Araua RegTech are multiple and varied and include both national sources (state, autonomous, provincial and local) and international sources (European Union, UN, OFAC, etc.).

Its database with more than 20 million records comprises:

Sanctions Lists.
Commercial Information.
Public Procurement, both Tenders and Minor Contracts.
Political positions.
Senior positions.

Given the diversity of the sources used, as well as the complexity of the processes of integration, standardisation and cross-checking of information, Araua RegTech offers payment services exclusively for businesses.

In order to access the platform, both for individuals and legal entities, it is necessary to complete the Araua RegTechuser registration process accurately, truthfully and in its entirety. Access to the platform will be gained by entering the user credentials and password.

Araua RegTech shall be exempt from any liability arising from misuse or negligence on the part of the user in fulfilling his obligation of confidentiality of his access credentials.

Araua RegTech will also not assume any responsibility derived from the incorrect, inappropriate or illicit use of the information appearing under the domain araua-regtech.com domain or any of its subdomains and/or directories.

Information on user obligations and responsibilities

As an Araua RegTech user you are obliged to the following:

Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation Policy

In the case of subscriptions to any of the services provided by Araua RegTech, the user will lose their right of withdrawal when acquiring any of the Information Summaries produced by Araua RegTech, as this is an exception to this right, as set out in article 103.m) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws..

Notwithstanding the above, in the event that the Summary of Information prepared by Araua RegTech does not correspond to the summary requested by the user, the user may contact the Araua RegTech team to correct the error as soon as possible.

Responsibility of Araua RegTech

All information provided by Araua RegTech has been obtained from publicly available sources and is believed to be correct.

Data collection is automated, with checkpoints to ensure the correct collection of information. However, the sheer volume of data collected makes a full manual verification of the data unfeasible and impossible.

Therefore, the user shall not be liable to Araua RegTech for any damages arising from errors, inaccuracies or omissions in the information provided.
